Can you do photo embroidery?
No, we currently digitize and stitch only animated style photos/logos.
How long will shipping take?
All Custom orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks from our New York warehouse. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option, but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.
How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards and participate in capturing payments from Apple Pay and Google pay.
